Dr. Nasser has clinical practice and extensive experience of more than 30 years in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy, including advanced interventional procedures such as ERCP.

• General Gastroenterology – Diagnosis and management of a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders.
• Hepatology and Liver Diseases – Assessment and management of fatty liver disease, elevated liver enzymes, viral hepatitis, and chronic liver diseases.
• Diagnostic Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (Gastroscopy) – Investigation of oesophageal, gastric, and duodenal diseases.
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Colonoscopy – Investigation and management of colorectal diseases, including colorectal polyps and other lower gastrointestinal disorders.
• Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy and ERCP – Endoscopic management of biliary and pancreatic disorders, including bile duct stones and biliary obstruction.
• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) – Diagnosis and management of heartburn, acid reflux, regurgitation, and related oesophageal disorders.
• Peptic Ulcer Disease and Helicobacter pylori Infection – Diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of gastric and duodenal ulcers and H. pylori infection.
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) – Diagnosis and management of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including disease monitoring and treatment follow-up.
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders – Assessment and management of abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, and altered bowel habits.
• Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Iron-Deficiency Anaemia – Investigation and endoscopic management of gastrointestinal bleeding and assessment of unexplained anaemia.
• Colorectal Polyps and Colorectal Cancer Prevention – Colonoscopic detection, polyp removal, surveillance, and assessment of patients at increased risk of colorectal cancer.
• Pancreaticobiliary Diseases – Diagnosis and management of gallstone-related biliary disease, bile duct stones, biliary strictures, and other pancreaticobiliary disorders.
• Coeliac Disease and Malabsorption Disorders – Evaluation and management of chronic diarrhoea, nutritional deficiencies, unexplained anaemia, and intestinal malabsorption.
• Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) – Assessment and management of suspected SIBO and associated symptoms, including bloating, excessive gas, and diarrhoea.
• FibroScan Assessment and Liver Elastography – Assessment of liver stiffness and controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) for the evaluation of liver fibrosis and steatosis, including the assessment and monitoring of fatty liver disease and chronic liver diseases.
