Dr. Nagwan has 12 years of experience in Egypt and UAE, I specialize in the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints, sports injuries, orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as inpatient rehabilitation. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, offering a wide range of treatments to patients.

My expertise extends to various areas, including soft tissue release, manual therapy, mobilization and manipulation techniques, dry needling, dry cupping, K-taping, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, shock wave therapy, and laser therapy. I also have experience in addressing women’s health concerns such as stress incontinence and conditions related to pregnancy, including low back pain, sciatica, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Additionally, I have dealt with neurological conditions such as stroke rehabilitation, gait abnormalities, and facial palsy. My skills also Include chronic neck and back pain management, joint arthritis, and the management of neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), hemiplegia, and hemiparesis.

I have extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation, including ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy, meniscal repairs, MCL and PCL repair, knee and hip replacements, shoulder arthroscopies and Bankart repairs, shoulder reverse replacements, post-operative cervical fusion and discectomy, laminectomy, and post-fracture fixations.

  • Bachelor degree of physical therapy medicine from Cairo university
  • Orthopedic manual therapy practioner OMTP from Sheffield Hallam University.
  • Dry needling practioner DN1&DN2 BY CLUB PHYSIO.
  • Spinal manipulation & mobilization technique master class by john gibbons BSC(OST).
  • Kinesio taping course by prime physio.
  • Mulligan & McKenzie Techniques.
  • Shock wave therapy in orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
