Tadawi Website/Patient Mobile Application is an Internet service that allows AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS patients to have secure Web-based / mobile-based access to part of their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and allow secure electronic messaging with AL TADAWI SPECIALTY / HOSPITAL CLINICS. Use of Website/Patient Application is completely voluntary.
When using this Mobile Application you must comply with following terms and conditions of use. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time so please read them each time you use the Patient Mobile Application / Website to make sure you’re kept up to date. By continuing to use this Patient Mobile Application / Website, you accept the current terms and conditions of use. If you don’t agree with these terms and conditions, you may not be able to use the Patient Mobile Application/website.
To obtain a Patient Application account, please follow the below steps:
- Visit Tadawi website tadawi.ae & download the Mobile Application.
- Register to Patient Mobile Application.
- You will receive a Security PIN for confirmation of registration.
- You must agree to the following terms & conditions before being given access.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS offers Patient Mobile Application to all its patients in order to help them keep track of their health records and to communicate more easily with their health care providers at AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS about certain aspects of their medical care.
Please note that, to protect your privacy, only a limited amount of information regarding your health care and condition is available in Patient Mobile Application. Certain test results, diagnoses, conditions, and other information may not be included in your Patient Mobile Application record. Posting of information is at the discretion of AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS staff. Patient Mobile Application is not a substitute for your own personal consultation with your physician or other health care provider regarding your condition and how the content on this Application may or may not apply to you. In case of complete patient medical report, you can always request AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS through email or by visit to Hospital Medical Records Department. You should be aware that any messages you send or entries you make through Patient Application may become part of your permanent medical record.
URGENT MEDICAL MATTERS
AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS staff may not be immediately available to respond to your Website/Patient Mobile Application messages and requests; therefore, you should never use Patient Mobile Application electronic communications in an urgent situation or emergency.

The Website/Application is intended only for non-urgent communication, appointment requests, and routine follow-ups.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
If you have a Patient Mobile Application account, you may choose to communicate with your primary care provider, and request appointments and test results. You may also choose to be notified by the Application / your personal email when there is new information in your account and responses to the messages / requests you have sent. This means that anyone with access to your Patient Mobile Application account and or email perhaps your employer, your spouse or anyone else you allow to see your mobile / email will be able to see this notification. Although the notification might not contain any private medical information, the fact that new medical information about you is available is something that you might not want others to know.
You should always remember to update your email address for Patient Mobile Application if it changes for any reason. AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS cannot provide advice regarding another patient’s healthcare, in response to questions asked through your Patient Mobile Application account.
Privacy and Security of AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS is committed to protecting your personal health information through the use of detailed policies, staff education and technical tools, such as secure internet connections and encryption. These measures conform to DHA/UAE laws governing the confidentiality and security of medical records.
There are things that only you can do to protect the confidentiality of your information in Patient Mobile Application. You will be issued a Personal Identification Number (PIN) number to use to register your Patient Mobile Application account. You will be asked to create a user name and password to access your information in the Patient Mobile Application. It is your responsibility to keep the username and password confidential. Anyone with access to your username and password may be able to access your confidential medical information. If at any time you feel that your password is no longer confidential, you can change your password. An unauthorized person may also see your confidential medical information if you fail to take certain other steps to protect it. For example, not logging out of an active Patient Application session, not protecting information you may print from Patient Mobile Application, all may lead to unintended disclosure of your information.
You understand that requests will be routed to the appropriate AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS staff, and thus staff other than your health care provider may be involved in addressing your request. Therefore, use of Patient Mobile Application may not be appropriate if there is sensitive information that you would only wish to share directly with your provider.

Tadawi Website/Patient Mobile Application may provide links to other medical Web sites not managed by AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL/ CLINICS. The links are provided for general information and convenience only. AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL/ CLINICS does not endorse them, and has not verified the accuracy of the information on these sites, or whether any of that information applies to you and your medical condition. Use of others sites is strictly at your own risk including, but not limited to, any risks associated with destructive viruses.
RIGHTS OF AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS
AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS may terminate access to Website/ any Patient Mobile Application account at any time, for any justified reason. You will be notified if access has been terminated. Website/ Patient Mobile Application may not be available all the time, because of system failure, repair procedures, maintenance, or other reasons as determined by AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL/ CLINICS. Website/Patient Mobile Application provided on an “as-is” basis, and AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL/ CLINICS does not take any responsibility for, and will not be liable for any inaccuracies or defects in Website / Patient Mobile Application material or information or in software, communication devices, virtual private networks, the internet, any internet service provider, access system, or any other service or device, or a user’s inability to access Patient Portal for any reason.
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your information, AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS does not guarantee that, there are no typographical errors, inaccuracies, or other errors. If you see any error, please inform AL TADAWI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL / CLINICS by contacting the hospital so that it can be rectified. Please be aware that information contained on the Patient Mobile Application can be changed or updated without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
What we permit you to do/not to do?
We own all the material on this Website / Patient Mobile Application. This includes all text, designs, logo, graphics, computer programs, audio, video and code in any form. Unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions of use, none of the material on this Patient Mobile Application may be reproduced, downloaded, distributed, copied, republished, displayed or transmitted in any form whatsoever without our written permission. We grant you permission to view this Website/Patient Mobile Application with a web browser provided that you do not:
- Modify the material on this Website/Patient Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of the Patient Mobile Application shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

We continuously work to enhance usability, readability, and compatibility with assistive technologies in line with DHA digital accessibility guidance.
PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS (CONDITIONAL)
All payments made through the Patient Mobile Application are processed via secure, DHA-compliant payment gateways. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are subject to hospital billing and finance policies.
